Sharing after sales service

The day is 20th ,May ,which a special and with love day,I received a request for help.

This is a one of our customer,who come from New Zealand.He bought a set Dia1800*2400mm barrel sauna room,red cedar material ,with 6KW Harvia sauna heater from us last year ,beside ,we recommend a cold bath tub ,the size just for a person,this product  is very popular in the market, many customers like to jump into the cold tub after steam a sauna ,and customer also accept this bath tub.In addition to hot tub, sauna, we also had cold Bath Tub as a project in our company to provide customers with as many options and services as possible ,sauna room always match hot tub to use better ,just look like a good partner. .He need to do some field preparation when he received the sauna room,that is why he assembly the sauna until this year.

Since he is a not good well for assembling sauna room,also it is first time to touch sauna for him,so he need our help to guide him how to assembly the sauna room,I provide customers our sauna assembly video and installation manual,when the customer was confused the vent should be installed which direction,front or back door,left or right ?when I receive the question ,and reply him quickly ,the vent can be installed at front door ,left and right all great,customer follow our instruction,finally he finished assembly.

He is very satisfied for this sauna room ,when it is assembly ,looks so beautiful ,my customer takes some photos of installation and finished to send to us ,he is excited and can’t control his mind,he express his prefer by video ,not only for sauna room ,the sauna accessories ,which are free we give him,but also our quickly service to help him resolve the problem on time.

He tell me that his friend also will buy it soon from us ,because our sauna is really good,will help us to introduce more customers.

It is very appreciated for me to receive such a surprise on 520 this day,and honor to give a such high evaluation from our customer.

I happy the reason not only the customer satisfied with our products, the most important thing is that customers satisfied with our after-sales service is enough .There an old saying in China, people who wins the hearts of the people,he will wins the world, it was used in war, also is the same in business, as long as to good faith, with better enthusiasm and attitude to serve every customer, can harvest more customers, to achieve a win-win situation.
