So, I introduced our thermo- bath tubs to my previous clients in detail again, so our Chilean client expressed interest after receiving the email.

Our thermo- hemlock is basically the same in appearance as cedar, has a nice color, and is durable. At the same time, it also shows good anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion function in outdoor use, even better than the performance of cedar. Because the wood has been treated by thermo- technology, the moisture and nutrients in the log are evaporated, so it can be better preserved. And the hemlock material does not have so many stutters, we will pick out the best material to make the most satisfactory product for customers.

Because it has to go through our thermo- technology, the raw materials must be brought back to dry the moisture. This process is very long, because only long-term low-temperature baking can the wood not crack while the material is processed well. The longer the time, the higher the cost for us, but also for better quality, so it's all worth the wait. We would also like to thank our customers for their patience with us.

After a month of waiting, the warehouse notified that it is ready to ship today, and I am very happy. I went to the factory to take a picture of the product for the customer and sent it to him. Our factory also promises to provide high-definition pictures of products for free. If necessary, we will invite professional photographers to help the customer to take high-definition photos of the assembled product, which will help the customer to better promote his product in his local market. This is a special service provided by our factory for VIP customers.

Our factory also attaches great importance to the quality control of products from raw material procurement, material selection, assembly to packaging, so our bath tubs will be assembled in advance before shipment, and then assembled in wooden boxes. Our bath tubs are assembled in the factory to ensure that all the accessories are complete, and during the assembly process, some rotten materials will be removed, so that the quality of the customer's goods is good. We do not recommend shipping fully assembled. First, the product is easily damaged during shipping. Secondly, the large size of the product will cause unnecessary waste of space and increase the freight cost of customers. Therefore, our bath tubs are usually shipped in batches, and customers can assemble them locally, which not only saves the cost of freight for customers, but also allows customers to enjoy the fun after assembly.

Many customers will worry about not being able to assemble because they are not very professional, don't worry, we will provide assembly instructions and videos on paper until the customer can assemble independently.

The shelf life of our wood is 3-5 years, and the electrical appliance is 1 year, and we will provide free technical consultation for life.
