SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our order is full container including 20’, 40’, 40HQ to oversea market, those order will be completely executed by sea. And small quantity order for Amazon, Ebay etc buyer will be shipped by air or Express. 

I: We are not responsible for undelivered address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.

II: Container order will be shipped around 30-45 days, LCL order can be shipped around 15 days, small quantity or sample order can be sent around 7 days  after get receipt of payment.

III: There is 15-28 days for delivery by sea, Express delivery time needs 4 to 7 days from factory to customer’s appointed address.
 

TRADE TERM

Ex Work, FOB, CRF, CIF, DDU etc are most used manner during our business with customers.

PAYMENT METHOD

We will accept L/C, TT, Escrow, Visa, Master card,western union etc. Inspection policy: Factory has QC to check every shipment during production and before delivery. And alpha sauna would be happy to cooperate with customer with third party inspection, like SGS for first couple times cooperation to make sure customer can be rest assured with business.
 

RETURN POLICY

If you found any defective items be received in order, please kindly contact our sales representatives within 30 days to make report then the compensation perfect items can be sent free in charge to make compensation. Besides, if customer prefer to payment refund, surely Purchase price will be refunded by the same method as payment was made.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement.Including postage and packaging.
